We have designed our SkinnyMe Detox Program around the human body’s basic dietary needs. But in doing the program, it is important to take into account your own constitution. Some people are naturally drawn to high-plant/low-animal foods and may prefer to choose vegetarian, vegan or alkalising diets for their weight-loss plan. Other people prefer more of a balance in their plant and animal food consumption, while others may be more carnivorous.
The diet options that we have suggested are as follows:
- Alkaline diet
- Atkins diet
- Blood type diet
- Food combining diet
- GI diet
- Paleo diet
- Vegetarian/vegan diet
Remember, though, that if you would prefer not to follow a specific diet, you just need to choose from the many recipes we have provided. We have included standard serving sizes for you to consider when portioning your meals.
